Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all marketing, affiliate marketing, consulting, and support services provided by MTY AFFILIATE MARKETING LTD (Republic of Cyprus, registration no. HE 495485) to its business clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

The specific scope of services — including marketing strategy, affiliate program management, consulting, or ongoing support — is defined in the individual proposal, statement of work, or agreement entered into with the client.

3. Client obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback necessary for the performance of the agreed services, and to hold any required rights or permissions for materials they provide to us.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are agreed individually per project or engagement and are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared in connection with an engagement as strictly confidential, and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MTY AFFILIATE MARKETING LTD's liability for damages arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, except in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be limited by law.

7. Term and termination

Engagements run for the term agreed in the applicable proposal or agreement and may be terminated in accordance with the terms set out therein.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
